Rob Ryan was the defensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams for about 25 minutes or so earlier this year before deciding he'd rather work for the Saints. With the two teams matching up today, we got some spectacular details about his resignation:

According to Silver's account, Ryan entered Fisher's office at 7:30 a.m., dropped his keys on the desk and told the coach he wanted out. Meanwhile, Fisher's other assistants were in a staff meeting with a window that looked out on the parking lot.
The Rams' coaches watched Ryan leave the building and head across the street to a McDonald's. Ryan "goes to get a Big Mac and never comes back," Silver said.

But I think we need to discuss Ryan’s food choices: it’s speculated, perhaps jokingly, that Ryan got a Big Mac. But at 7:30 a.m., McDonald’s is typically serving its breakfast menu. (Have you ever been in a McDonald’s when they switch from the breakfast menu to the regular menu? Rob Ryan HAS.)
So this leaves one of two options:
1. Rob Ryan was getting McDonald’s breakfast -- an egg McMuffin, sausage McGriddle, or the like
2. Rob Ryan has a deal with most local McDonald’s where he can walk in at any time of the day and get a Big Mac.
