Dolphins holder Brandon Fields gets DOINKED in the face
LOOK OUT FOR THAT FOOTBALL, DOLPHINS HOLDER
Holding is a difficult football task we take for granted. Holders have to catch a ball thrown at them really fast and quickly put it on the ground on a point. We only appreciate the difficulty of the task when holders screw up, a la Tony Romo.
However, it’s just one job. Dolphins’ holder Brandon Fields failed at that job today.

Even the CBS logo reacts to DOINK.
Normally the holder is the dude who goes “Hey, long-snapper! We’re ready!” so it’s a little bit weird that Fields was just not looking. Probably the long-snapper’s fault, but HOLDER DOINK is what sells papers.
