The Patriots owner discussed “giving” his ring to Putin, which happened in 2005, at an event Friday night.
“I took out the ring and showed it to [Putin], and he put it on and he goes, ‘I can kill someone with this ring,’ I put my hand out and he put it in his pocket, and three KGB guys got around him and walked out.”
Kraft said that he did not intend to give the ring to Putin. He wanted it back, but was encouraged by the White House to let the Russians keep it.
If I were Bob Kraft, I’d keep an eye on out for polonium in my food or any suspicious looking dudes with a giant bulge on their hand.
