The Washington Nationals were one strike away from defeating the San Francisco Giants on Thursday when one fan decided to take the team's fortune into his own hands. As Rafael Soriano faced pinch-hitter Hector Sanchez, a man seated four rows up behind home plate cheered just a little bit harder than everyone else. He started beating, then rubbing, then shaking his own stomach, presumably all in the name of good luck.
