Streaker flips over dugout in underwear, LITERALLY tries to steal second base

The broadcast crew didn't want to show our briefed hero so as not to encourage other streakers, but thanks to a camera on Rangers manager Ron Washington, we got the slightest of glimpses ... but it really tells a story:
We see the flip, we see everything but the underwear and we see Ron Washington be way less surprised than he should be by a dude flipping over his head in undies.
