Julius Thomas thought football was “so easy” while he was playing Jets. It’s a common mistake these days.

“Contrary to my own statements, it’s not very easy,” Thomas told the Denver Post. From there he tacked on some verbiage about how things have to go right, depending on his teammates to make things happen, the risk of being confident, all that practice that goes into it and a few other of the usual football cliches.
The guy does have a record nine touchdown catches through six weeks, so he’s doing something right.
