Bulls specify Pau’s name is pronounced POW!

If you’re an NBA fan, you know how to say “Pau” as in “Pau Gasol.” It is not the same as “Paul” without the L. It is Pau. However, the Bulls still have to list his pronunciation in their media guide for any confused, rookie announcers, and they made an interesting choice:

Of course, there is no exclamation point in the correct pronunciation “Pau” because there is no official pronunciation of an exclamation point. It just means you say things louder, or perhaps more punchily. That said, we endorse this, because Pau needs exclamation marks.
