Chris Mortensen reports Johnny Manziel purposely tweeted a friend's phone number to pull a prank on him. Sounds like a great friend.

That's cold, Johnny Manziel, that's really cold. Everyone likes a good prank, but when you have 1.2 million Twitter followers and you tweet a phone number then it's going to absolutely destroy that phone. We know because we checked.
Calling the number Manziel sent out immediately goes to voicemail, as if the phone was turned off. In addition, the caller receives a notification that the mailbox is full. We can only assume that the person owning this phone is probably resigned to changing his or her number; it’s not like people will stop calling it just because.
Maybe claiming this was a prank is a poor attempt at covering his gaffe, but nevertheless people are taking their shots at Manziel on the number's profile at UnwantedCaller.info.
Don’t let him trap you into a round of golf either.
