Lauren Hill continues to receive support and now has her own Wheaties box to commemorate her first college basketball game.

— CBS Sports (@CBSSports) November 6, 2014 Hill was diagnosed with an inoperable form of brain cancer and was given months to live, and Mount St. Joseph was able to convince the NCAA to start it’s season early to allow Hill a chance to play for the school she committed to.
The story has been an inspiration, helping raise funds for researching diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, the disease Hill suffers from. It’s also led to numerous athletes giving their public support for her.
