Derrick Rose, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant have all worn shirts reading "I Can't Breathe" during warmups of NBA games. It appears the Georgetown Hoyas are the first college team to pay tribute to Eric Garner:

The Hoyas apparently made the decision as a team to wear shirts to honor Eric Garner, joining a growing group of basketball players to pay tribute.
