Rex Grossman turned down $60,000 for 1 week of work

Rex Grossman has been in the league for 11 seasons, making his minimum veteran salary $955,000 for a year. Prorate that for a single game and his check would have been $59,687. Yep, 60 grand for a week’s worth of work.

Either this is the most stunning indictment of the Cleveland Browns we’ve seen, or Grossman is the ultimate family man.
