The St. Louis Rams and local police engaged in a back-and-forth Sunday night over who did or didn’t apologize for the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” gesture by players. It devolved into the police department tweeting a dictionary definition of the word “apology,” and naturally Jon Stewart and The Daily Show had some fun.
