Most Spring Training photos before the season starts are grainy Bigfoot-hoax-style photos of Derek Jeter in the outfield of an empty stadium, shot from the buffet line inside the press box through a camera made out of a potato. (And you know that the majority of Spring Training beat writers are still using an old-school flip-potato that they clip to the belts that hold up their pleated jeans. Get with the times, guys. At least upgrade to a smartpotato or we’re all gonna keep making fun of you.)
