Typical everyday Russians photobomb Matt Lauer

The Today Show is in Sochi for the Winter Olympics and one group of Russian citizens is keeping their culture alive and strong.

First of all: Yes, there’s an amazing hat. It’s glorious.

The tale of this photo is the women -- hat dude is just running interference. It’s blatantly obvious that the two women on the left are whispering between their teeth while their handler (over Lauer’s right shoulder) wants in on the fun.

Obviously it’s hard to tell what they’re saying, but we have a few ideas:

“THAT’S an American man’s facial hair?”

“They told us we would meet Matt LeBlanc.”

“Why is his microphone so tiny?”
