A lot of people have been critical of the First Four. I have no problem with it -- it’s extra basketball, it’s a chance for schools with little success to get wins, and it allows more teams to make an impact in the defining month of college basketball. Sometimes, the games are even interesting.
Texas Southern vs. Cal Poly brings us THE MOST PLAY-IN GAME MOMENT EVER
The Play-In Games are the official start of March Badness.

Tonight’s 16 vs. 16 matchup between Cal Poly, who entered the game at 13-19, and Texas Southern, the champion of the worst conference in college basketball, the SWAC, was not one of those games. Cal Poly is blowing away Texas Southern. And as Troy Machir of the Sporting News saw, this happened:
That’s two Texas Southern players realizing Michael Bolden is driving, realizing help defense was needed, and saying they would prefer not to guard him -- and Bolden adjusting for the defense anyway, going to a windmill layup, and failing to draw iron.
NCAA Tournament basketball!
