Venomous snake invades rugby game in Australia
Sit in the stands, enjoy a game, dodge the killer snake.

Gold Coast and North Queensland were playing in an NRL game over the weekend (Rugby’s equivalent of the NFL) when a three foot brown snake slithered onto the pitch and eventually into the stands. Clinically, the venom of the eastern brown snake is known to cause diarrhea, dizziness, collapse or convulsions, renal failure, paralysis and cardiac arrest. Without medical treatment, bites can be fatal.
