Kenyan police roller skate to catch thieves

Police in Kenya are looking for a new edge to stamp out petty crime and pick-pocketing. After exhaustive research and planning there is only one answer -- roller skating police officers.

There will be no limbo sticks or chicken dances here, this is serious business. A group of 40 officers will form a crack team designed to “infiltrate the suburbs” of Nairobi and prevent camera thieves from ruling the streets.
