This incomprehensible video delivers your daily NCAA mockery

I have absolutely no idea what’s going on here, but this video from beloved college football video maestro Team Catlab seems to be making fun of the NCAA and its president, Mark Emmert.
First, we have a hypnotizing, spinning NCAA logo.
Then there’s the main verse of the music video, which appears to be Mark Emmert pasted onto random backgrounds with one of his speeches moving across the screen at an unreadable pace.
And the finale ... a train running through a school bus, which is probably some metaphor for the end of the NCAA.
