The Rangers and Flyers are locked in a tied NHL playoff series and it goes without saying that emotions are high. These spilled over when fans began fighting in the stands during Tuesday night’s game in Philadelphia, and arena security was helpless to stop it.

SBNation.com’s Travis Hughes attended the game, saying the group of Rangers fans were making disparaging comments to Flyers’ fans throughout the game and security failed to intervene. With five minutes remaining security stepped in, but it was too late. That’s when the fight escalated.
A healthy rivalry is always fun, when you’re screaming for other people to die while throwing punches -- then you’ve gone WAY too far.
