It’s easy to forget just how much a commute influences your life. A good trip to work sets up your whole day, the return home establishes your night. We all tell ourselves “it doesn’t bother me,” but it totally does. You might seethe for a few minutes if someone was an ass on the subway -- heck it might last an hour, but what happens where an entire class of tone-deaf children unleash their recorders on you at once?

Every single second is like fingernails on a chalk board. These brave souls on the subway are the best of us. Nobody screams at the kids or yells, even a pair of women try to conduct a conversation over the endless droning.
