Watch this beer vendor catch a foul ball in his bucket
Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

The humble beer vendor is the unsung hero of any great sporting event. Tirelessly they patrol the stands looking for thirsty patrons who are too lazy to leave their seat, hoping for a split-second that someone will tip them well. Finally it was time for one beer vendor to get his time in the sun, figuratively speaking.
Earl Chaney worked at Citizens Park for the Phillies game against the Dodgers and didn’t even notice when the ball flew into his open beer bucket. Instead he remained humble and said he was trying to just stay out the way. He also robbed a small child of catching the ball while doing it, proving once and for all that beer both is the source of dreams and their killer.
