Novak Djokovic is chilling with a ballboy during the French Open rain delay

When the rain pours down you might as well take the opportunity to meet a new friend.

The French Open is on a rain delay, so players have some time to step away from the competition and try to keep their head in the game. Some will retreat to the locker room for quiet repose, others might stay on the court and try to stay loose. Novak Djokovic decided to host an impromptu tea party.

That’s a ball boy sitting with the world No.2. He’s getting the rare opportunity to check out Novak’s racquet first-hand and even had the chance to participate in a friendly “cheers,” because why not? Who said Djokovic was an emotionless robot? He’s clearly a robot looking to curry favor with humans before taking over.
