Nothing ventured, nothing gained -- at least if you’re Cork City F.C. The enterprising Irish Premier League team is pulling out all the stops to try and convince the world’s newest power couple to take in a game.
It turns out Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are in Ireland following their weekend wedding and getting Kimye to sit in your seats is a pretty big coup. Cork F.C. has reserved seats for their Friday night game, which pretty much means they’ve stuck laminated pieces of paper on them.
We can only hope this leads to a new Cork-related nickname for the couple. We’re going with “Corkye.”
