Watch this kid get obliterated by a bungee cord

This is the best mean prank we’ve seen in a while.

A personal trainer’s job is one of discipline, motivation and peerless attention. In this case it’s also about letting go of a bungee cord so the person you’re training is destroyed.

We don’t have any idea how much it would hurt to be hit in the lower back with a stretched cord of rubber but the guess is “a lot.” That sucker has a big handle on it too, which probably doesn’t feel good either.

There isn’t a lot of upside to being smacked like this, except when you get your pain choreographed to Kendrick Lamar.
