There has been quite the hullabaloo about MLB Advanced Media possibly asking iTunes to remove all podcasts with team names in the title and descriptions, as well as podcasts that use any variation of the team’s logo in the podcast logo. This is because they feel you, the consumer, are too stupid to distinguish between an official podcast from the team (which don’t exist, for the most part) and regular people talking about the team.
If MLB Advanced Media ran the world ...
Don’t mention what you’re interested in talking about, and you’ll be fine.

Why are you so stupid, consumer? You ruin everything.
So let’s envision a world in which logos and product names are off-limits. Because the first rule of entertainment is, and always has been, “Don’t let anyone know your product exists.”

There. Now wouldn’t the world be a better place? Shows like Mad Men and Game of Thrones have been so, so screwed up by people talking about them on the Internet. It’s time to fight back.
