Boxer Carl Froch knocks a dude out, proposes to girlfriend

Carl Froch fought against George Groves in London’s enormous Wembley Stadium and it went perfectly -- both in the ring and with a ring.

First was the fight, and he KNOCKED THIS DUDE THE HELL OUT:

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM. Damn. It was the most-attended boxing match in England since World War II, and allowed Forch to retain his IBF and WBA super middleweight belts.

Then, after the fight, he proposed to his girlfriend, model Rachel Cordingley.

Froch said that he couldn’t find a ring -- sorry for lying in the first sentence, but, come on, y’all -- and that the proposal wasn’t “official.” But he said that the pair agreed that eventually, he will get married to Cordingley, who is the mother of his two children.
