Vikings’ Chad Greenway rescues boaters on Lake Minnetonka

Chad Greenway is purifying the waters of Lake Minnetonka.

When people hear the words “Minnesota Vikings” and “Lake Minnetonka,” they inevitably think of one thing: that time a bunch of people did sex things on a boat. That probably won’t change, but we’re making baby steps, as two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Chad Greenway came to the aid of a pair of wayward boaters on the lake Monday afternoon:

Per Twin Cities NBC affiliate KARE, the pair became unable to steer their boat, which began to drift towards a dam. Greenway hopped in the water and wrangled the boat, as one does. Good on Greenway, because not all of us are linebackers who can wrangle boats.
