You have to kinda feel for Tom Penn -- the former Blazers executive found himself on ESPN’s NBA Draft coverage using a touchscreen that only kinda worked and didn’t really help him analyze the draft in any way, shape, or form.

And you have to feel especially bad for him when, after showing some stuff about how the Miami Heat hope to keep LeBron James around, the somewhat green TV host referred to the place where LeBron James plays as not South Beach, but... uhh...
