MLB’s best first basemen recreate Lou Gehrig’s speech

... and one shortstop.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Lou Gehrig’s famous speech, MLB got first basemen from around the league to help recreate the speech to play at ballparks all around the country:

You know the part about him being the luckiest man on Earth. You might not know about the part where his mother-in-law stuck up for him in an argument with his wife. Now, thanks to the acting skills of Brandon Moss, you know. The danged speech gets me choked up every time.
