Cardinals bullpen helps Shelby Miller perform trust fall

The Cardinals have a ritual for inducting new members of their bullpen, and it's totally safe with no potential for injury at all. Assuming the other relievers in the pen are trustworthy, anyway:

Is there ever a temptation to let a newly acquired pitcher who is awful to fall? How much of a jerk would a reliever need to be for his teammates to let him crash and burn? Come on, you know at least one of those guys is thinking it. They can’t all be trustworthy at all times, can they?
