Nationals and Rockies engage in National Anthem standoff
The Nationals won because it’s literally their anthem.
This, then, is something of a cover song. But it’s a pretty good cover song.
The players in question are Aaron Barrett and Brandon Barnes, and if you stay to the end, you can see a pretty good payoff. This isn’t King Kong vs. Godzilla; there’s a clear winner.
I’m starting to think baseball players are a bunch of idiots, everyone. Will investigate further and report back.
