FL Fart receives financial windfall from dead guy

FL Fart came into a financial windfall and from the most unlikely of sources: a dead fan.

Erling Andreassen died at the age of 91 earlier this month and the old Norwegian man made it very clear what should happen to his small fortune. It should be used to pay his medical and funeral expenses, and then all of the rest should go to his favorite club: FL Fart.

FL Fart have spent much of the last decade bouncing between the third and fourth divisions. Well, the FL Fart men have. The FL Fart women’s team had a prolonged stretch in the top flight.

So Andreassen gave FL Fart approximately $636,000 in cash and ordered that his house be sold, with the proceeds going to FL Fart as well. For a team playing in the lower divisions, especially in a small country, that kind of money is worth tooting your horn about.

Just don’t blow it all at once, FL Fart.
