Tour de France fans have a history of getting WAY too close to the action. (Seriously, treat yourself and spend five or 10 minutes sometime doing a YouTube search for “Tour de France fan interference.”) So this guy trying to take a picture got off lightly by just being knocked to the ground by a rider in the peloton.
