You thought a Sharknado was confined to New York City? You were wrong. For the second straight year, a pesky shark-filled tornado interrupted the Washington Nationals Presidents Race, taking out Teddy Roosevelt in a vortex of doom.
Not even Tara Reid with a saw strapped to her amputated arm could save Teddy from taking a shark to the face. Poor guy didn’t stand a chance when it leaped off a steel chair and took him down.
