When training camps in every sport start, we hear that every single player on every single team is in the best shape of their life. Alabama's O.J. Howard, a sophomore generally considered the top tight end in the high school class of 2013, explained how he managed to reach his physical peak:

Not only did he conquer a personal mountain by dropping a beloved junk food from his diet, he did that and he gets to eat a bunch of ice cream. He's a genius, basically. Plus, if you let the ice cream melt into a liquid, it's basically not a food anymore and therefore it can't be bad for you, right? Sure.
