Bees are attacking tennis players at the U.S. Open
Well, at least the bee is a patriot.

James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.
The U.S. Open just began at Flushing Meadows and already the event is under attack by bees. Kimiko Date-Krumm was leading Venus Williams after winning the first set, but this patriotic insect decided to become a difference-maker.
Despite what the commentators are saying, DO NOT SWING AT THE BEE. Seriously, you’ve got a tennis racket. They have a lot of holes in them, bee-sized holes. You’re just asking to get stung. Instead you better just keep running around and hoping that it leaves you alone.
