Tennis is a very, very old sport. Which is what makes it so exciting when someone hits a shot we’ve never seen before. Naturally that someone was going to be Gaël Monfils, French player and all-around cool dude.
This can only be described as a “jumping, scissor-kick forehand winner” capped off with a totally nonchalant celebration that’s says “I’m badass, and the world keeps on spinning.” This is the same man who kicked off the French Open with a dance-off, and then did this:
