I don’t know if you’ve heard about this -- it’s sort of flown under the radar -- but Derek Jeter is retiring at the end of this season. Thankfully, the Yankees have come up with a way to let the whole world know that Derek Jeter is the best forever no backsies.

Actually, now that I think about it, I would totally wearing a patch honoring me. Especially because it would probably feature a picture of a cake or a bag of Doritos. Those are the only things I can think of that would be honoring me.
What I’m trying to say is: we’ll miss you Captain. Let your patch proudly wave.
