*It was called short due to a blocking penalty on a fellow Sooner, but that makes it zero percent less beautiful.

Big Jordan Phillips had a 69-yard scoop-and-score against Tulsa called back by a flag on a teammate during the return. That changes nothing about the majesty of watching him action:

And you know what? FAT BALL DON’T LIE (oh, I’m sure the flag was merited, because referees are good people and all -- but still). On the next play, OU’s Alex Ross raced 82 yards to make it 31-0 in the second quarter. But he only weighs 221 pounds, so we’re less interested in what that looked like.
