Things are getting shaky for Oregon. Down 24-18, they had to punt to Michigan State, and before punting, managed to false start twice. This led to defensive lineman Lawrence Thomas, a 6’4, 309-pound junior, busting out a new dance craze called THE FALSE START DANCE (via FOX):
Michigan State is doing THE FALSE START DANCE
This is a defensive lineman dancing sensually with the false start gesture. Go to the club and do this dance and become popular.

As journalists, we had a duty to follow this story to its fullest extent, by which I mean we had the video set to "GET YOUR ROLL ON" by the Big Tymers:
We assume Thomas was inspired by Chris Duhon’s historic performance of THE TRAVEL DANCE.
