Ohio State offensive coordinator Tom Herman was named as Houston’s next coach in December, but he was allowed to finish his duties with the Buckeyes as they played in the College Football Playoff. Tonight they won the title. He walked to the podium with a hat in his back pocket:

At the exact moment his duties with the Buckeyes were done, the Ohio State offensive coordinator turned his mind to his next gig.
