There’s the Big Game, and then there’s the basketball edition of the Big Game, and at halftime, there is a smaller, stranger game: STANFORD VS. CAL UNICYCLE BASKETBALL:

This is apparently a tradition.
Most of us cannot ride unicycles. These dudes are dribbling basketballs and riding them backwards and stuff. I’m baffled and impressed.
So we googled, “unicycle basketball,” and sure enough, the very first hit is of a previous Stanford vs. Cal halftime unicycle game:
And on the first page of results, there’s a link to the Cal unicycle basketball club and a video about unicycle basketball at Stanford.
There are other Unicycle Basketballers -- like these guys and these guys -- but Berkeley and Palo Alto appear to be unicycle hoops hotspots. Who knew?
