FedEx Forum was evacuated briefly before a 5 p.m. Mavericks-Grizzlies game because of a “beam detector malfunction.” Thankfully everyone was OK, because now we can laugh at the idea of the Mavericks’ coach and the Grizzlies’ most eclectic player pondering the meaning of life while the latter sat in a bath robe. The flies on the wall that witnessed that conversation are so lucky.
(We assume Allen is wearing this bath robe again, but we can’t be sure).
