Miracle seagull comes back from the dead during cricket game

A wandering seagull got more than it bargained for when it flew onto the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia for a game between the Melbourne Stars and the Perth Scorchers. Shortly after lunch, it took a Randy Johnson-esque hit from a ball and seemingly died on the field. Players gathered around, removed the seagull from the field and the crowd was stunned.
NOT SO FAST!
Within minutes the crowd began to roar with approval. Stunned players tried to work out why. Then they noticed. Miracle Seagull returned to life, squawking at players nearby before flapping its wings and flying away.
That’s a good sports bird.
