Steelers fan tweets he’ll run on field for RTs, gets ejected
He never even got a chance to do it for the RTs.
We’ve seen this story a million times:

— JAKE BERLIN (@RLBRLN) January 4, 2015 A person tweets they'll run onto the field for a bunch of retweets, a bunch of people retweet it, and then they're left with one of two choices:
1. They can run on the field and get arrested, like this kid.
2. They can revel in their social media glory, content to be called a wuss by a few people on the Internet for their moment of social media fame.
This guy met a third fate:

— JAKE BERLIN (@RLBRLN) January 4, 2015 He never even got a chance! The Steelers whisked him away first. They saw those hot RTs and kicked the guy out before he could fulfill his destiny.
I know what you’re thinking: WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEECH, THIS IS AMERICA, YOU CAN’T KICK SOMEBODY OUT FOR JUST SAYING STUFF, COMMIES: Well ... not so much when you’re a paying customer in an NFL stadium. They’re a private company and they can kick you out of their event for bothering them for pretty much anything, be it getting belligerently drunk or running on the field or, yes, telling everybody on the Internet you’re going to run on the field.
The real winner in all this, in my opinion, is Mr. Jake here. We’ll never find out if he actually planned on running on that field or if he was going to chicken out. He got RT’d a bunch and never had to fulfill the promise he said he would. And he probably got treated much nicer than the guys who get tackled by security and put in stadium prison. Congrats to you, Jake. You’ll always have those RTs.
