You can buy Tiger Woods’ Swedish island for 6 million euro

One thing to survive Tiger Woods’ divorce from Elin Nordegren was a picturesque island in the middle of Sweden, according to The Telegraph (or maybe not!).

The listing describes the 2,500-square-foot lodge on the property as “In a secluded location,” which is good given it’s on an island in the middle of a body of water in Sweden. The island also features:

  • A 900-square-foot hunting lodge.
  • A wine cellar big enough to hold 10 people for parties and drinking.
  • The island comes with its own ferry, large enough to transport 12 people.
  • A 3,200-square-foot stable and machine shop.
  • There’s a one-mile jogging path.
  • 2 million square meters of fishing waters.

All this for 6 million euro. That’s a lot of money, but you’re getting a freaking island, and housing, and a boat, and friggin’ everything.

You’d think it would be a little on the nose to have the last name “Woods” and have wood everywhere, but here we are.

Where did you park the helicopter? Oh, just on the other side of the reflecting pool.

It’s hard to even tell that Tiger Woods owned this island. That is, until you see a lonely golf bag, waiting at an overgrown tee box, wistfully staring into the distance and hoping its owner will one day return.
