James Corden, of The Late, Late Show with James Corden, joined the Los Angeles Angels Thursday to learn the finer art of spitting (“It’s important to spit a lot, right?”), crotch-grabbing, bat flips and “bum pats.”
Corden’s baseball -- “basebohl” -- lessons did not go altogether well, but he did manage to connect with the ball at Angel Stadium, prompting him to run the bases.
“I’m into the bum pat,” Corden concluded.
