Two Clemson fans were given a heartwarming surprise by the university with a pep rally in their front yard when they couldn’t make it to the game. Jonathan and Stephanie Bolt are facing the unimaginable -- their 9-month-old daughter Addison Grace is fighting a terminal illness. She is unable to travel, so Clemson brought the game to them, or at least the atmosphere.
Head coach Dabo Swinney dedicated a football to the little girl as the Clemson family did its best to provide a much-needed distraction and some joy.

“You saw it in my eyes. I was crying when I heard them coming up over the hill. That was awesome.”
There are things that are more important than sports. Kudos to Clemson for helping their students realize that and for giving this family an unforgettable moment.
