Baseball is not considered a contact sport, but there are some bad moments sometimes.

For instance, this slide by Rougned Odor is horrific and could have ended Johnny Giavotella’s season. It’s one thing to try and break up a double play. It’s a completely different thing to go in studs up, past the bag and stomp on someone’s leg. For all the unwritten rules of baseball, you would assume there’s one against trying to ruin someone’s career. Maybe I’m wrong.
