After forcing extra innings in the ninth inning, the Kansas City Royals finally prevailed in the 12th inning of Game 5 to clinch the World Series. It is the Royals’ first championship since 1985 and while the game ended just before midnight in Kansas City, that didn’t stop Royals fans from starting the celebration.
The Royals won their first World Series in 30 years and Kansas City is one giant party
